Otis and Russell met in early October 2010. They came from similar backgrounds: raised in North Carolina, early herding training, working heritage in their blood, and they both like to keep things orderly. So, after putting a business plan together they looked for an area to serve. Recognizing the immediate need for geese and coot services in Southern California, they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly (just kidding – they flew, actually), incorporated the business, and set up shop in Orange County. Their focus is on humanely moving nuisance birds (geese and coots) from area golf courses. Thus our motto: No Harm. No Fowl.

| Russell: Born in Virginia, Russ comes from a long line of purebred Border Collies. He moved to North Carolina and began training for herding and, soon after, began trialing. Russ is very quick and responsive to commands. He is also a very good swimmer and loves to do a running dive. In his off hours, Russ likes to spend time on the beach, play Frisbee, and herd sheep.

| Otis: Born in Alabama, Oat is a purebred Border Collie ranch dog. He moved to North Carolina for training on sheep, but he mostly works with birds. Oat likes to work at his own pace. He is a strong swimmer and is the lead explorer on new properties. In his off time, Oat likes to hang out at home, chew on his bones, and herd sheep.
